- • As a Customer Success Associate at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our cutting-edge B2B SaaS products, specifically our Virtual Data Room (VDR) and Board collaboration platforms.
- • Your primary mission is to cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact post-sales.
- • You will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by proactively addressing client needs and challenges.
- • This role involves close collaboration with our Field Sales teams across the United States, providing crucial product expertise and support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- • You will actively participate in pre-sales demo calls, offering insightful product-related overviews to assist the sales team in showcasing the value of iDeals solutions.
- • A key responsibility includes assisting the Field Sales team with product-related management, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client and supporting project launches.
- • You will also be involved in initiating and maintaining the initial deal and contract flow, ensuring all administrative aspects are handled efficiently and accurately.
- • Beyond supporting sales, you will manage the ongoing relationship with Field Sales clients and a dedicated portfolio of Premier clients, understanding their evolving business objectives.
- • A significant part of your role will be conducting engaging kick-off (onboarding) trainings for both new and existing clients, empowering them to leverage our platforms effectively from day one.
- • You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for renewals and upgrades, proactively engaging with clients to ensure their subscriptions align with their current and future needs, and assisting with new contract generation.
- • Providing clients with comprehensive supporting documentation, relevant materials, and tailored proposals will be essential to facilitate contract renewals and demonstrate ongoing value.
- • You will offer timely and effective support to clients via email, phone, and Zoom, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about the product or their account.
- • Assisting clients with both product-related inquiries and billing-related issues will require a thorough understanding of our offerings and operational processes.
- • Conducting thorough exit interviews with churned clients and interviewing NPS detractors will provide invaluable feedback for continuous improvement of our products and services.
- • A crucial aspect of your role will be securing satisfied client reviews and testimonials, leveraging positive customer experiences to enhance our market reputation.
- • You will also support the broader Customer Success Management (CSM) team with various miscellaneous client-related activities, contributing to the overall success of the department.
