  • • As a Customer Success Executive at Carwow, you will be an integral part of our thriving Sell My Car team, playing a pivotal role in guiding car sellers through the entire auction process. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless, positive, and ultimately successful experience for every seller, while simultaneously maximizing the potential for their vehicles to achieve optimal sale prices.
  • • This role demands a unique blend of exceptional communication skills and a deeply ingrained customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for building strong rapport and trust with sellers, ensuring they feel fully informed, supported, and confident at every stage of their selling journey with Carwow.
  • • You will actively manage a dynamic lead pipeline, identifying and engaging with potential customers who are looking to sell their cars through our innovative online auction platform. This involves proactive outreach and diligent follow-up to nurture leads from initial interest to a confirmed listing.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be meticulously reviewing car listings uploaded by sellers. You will ensure all details are accurate, complete, and presented in a way that maximizes appeal to potential buyers. Where omissions or errors are identified, you will work proactively and collaboratively with sellers to rectify these issues before their vehicle enters the auction, thereby enhancing the quality of the auction pool.
  • • Leveraging and expanding your growing knowledge of the automotive market and pricing trends, you will provide expert advice and guidance to sellers. This involves skillfully balancing their price expectations with current market realities, offering insights that help them set realistic goals and ultimately increase their chances of a successful sale.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for explaining the Carwow auction process. This requires clear, concise, and engaging communication to ensure sellers fully understand each step, from listing submission to the final sale, fostering their commitment to using our platform.
  • • A key responsibility will be adeptly handling negotiations and addressing any customer objections that may arise. Your ability to navigate these conversations with professionalism and empathy will be crucial in maintaining seller satisfaction and securing successful outcomes.
  • • You will maintain constant and effective communication with sellers across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and SMS. This ensures that any questions, concerns, or requests for information are addressed promptly and efficiently, providing a consistently high level of support.
  • • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with sellers is paramount. This meticulous record-keeping ensures seamless handovers to other internal teams when necessary, providing a comprehensive history of each seller's journey and facilitating efficient internal operations.
  • • You will work collaboratively within the Sell My Car team, contributing directly to the overall performance of the department. This involves consistently meeting individual targets related to vehicles listed and pipeline conversion rates, driving collective success.
  • • Beyond your direct seller interactions, you will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations.
