- • Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of the Nurse Co Pilot AI product for hospital and health system customers, ensuring rapid time-to-value and seamless integration into clinical workflows.
- • Build and maintain trusted relationships with nurse leaders, Chief Nursing Officers (CNOs), and clinical operations teams to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of the Nurse Co Pilot solution.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between hospital stakeholders and internal Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales teams, translating frontline clinical feedback into product roadmap priorities.
- • Champion a care model transformation mindset by educating bedside nurses and nursing executives on the clinical and operational value of AI-powered virtual nursing workflows.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to health system customers, ensuring measurable outcomes including reduced nurse burnout, improved patient throughput, and enhanced care delivery through consistent use of the Nurse Co Pilot.
- • Drive customer retention and expansion by identifying opportunities to grow unit adoption and extend the Nurse Co Pilot footprint across departments and facilities within assigned accounts.
- • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects coordinating with hospital IT, nursing education, and clinical leadership to ensure successful, scalable deployments.
- • Define, implement, and refine customer success metrics to track adoption rates, utilization patterns, clinical outcomes, and overall account health across your portfolio of hospital customers.
- • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex deployment challenges or clinical workflow disruptions, ensuring swift resolution and sustained customer confidence in the AI solution.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine onboarding materials, training programs, and success playbooks based on real-world customer insights and emerging use cases.
- • Travel up to 25% to conduct on-site customer visits, participate in hospital meetings, and support implementation efforts at health system locations across the U.S.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where processes are still being built, requiring initiative, adaptability, and ownership beyond defined responsibilities.
- • Maintain deep understanding of hospital stakeholder dynamics, regulatory environments, and the unique challenges of deploying AI technologies within clinical settings.
- • Leverage data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI and quantify the impact of Nurse Co Pilot on nursing efficiency, patient safety, and operational performance.
- • Represent Hippocratic AI at industry events and customer forums, reinforcing the company’s mission to transform healthcare with safe, autonomous AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 5-8 years of experience in customer success, strategic account management, or related enterprise roles, with at least 5+ years in leadership positions.
- • Active RN license with a BSN (minimum); nursing background is required for this role.
- • Experience in virtual nursing, telehealth, or AI-enabled clinical technologies; strong understanding of how technology is applied in nursing workflows.
- • Demonstrated project management experience — proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations from bedside nurse to hospital executive.
- • Confidence and presence to engage at all levels of a health system — from the bedside nurse to the C-suite — with the ability to transform care model thinking around virtual nursing.
- • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% for customer on-sites and health system visits.
