As a profitable, bootstrapped company with a growing team of 17 based in London and NYC, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Lead to join our Sydney-based team.

You should possess a profound empathy for the pressures experienced by consultants and investors during due diligence, and a clear vision of how Junior's innovative tools can significantly enhance their speed and impact. We are looking for candidates who can authentically 'walk the walk and talk the talk,' bringing firsthand experience and insight to our client interactions.
  • • Our client base includes some of the most prestigious names in the industry, and your role will be pivotal in driving user adoption, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and fostering long-term retention. You will be instrumental in managing global deployments that encompass thousands of users, acting as the crucial 'Voice of the Customer.' This involves a direct interface between our user base and our product development team, ensuring that our efforts are laser-focused on alleviating the most arduous aspects of our customers' daily work.
  • • As an early and integral member of our burgeoning Customer Success team, you will be presented with a unique and expansive set of opportunities. You will have the chance to:
  • • Cultivate, build, and meticulously nurture robust, enduring relationships with our clientele. This includes engaging with senior stakeholders at large-cap funds and consultancies, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout their entire journey with Junior – from initial onboarding and ongoing usage to providing valuable feedback.
  • • Strategize and expertly execute large-scale AI deployments, successfully onboarding and supporting thousands of users across client organizations.
  • • Act as the authentic 'Voice of the Customer,' translating their needs and feedback directly into tangible product enhancements. You will play a key role in guiding our product team, providing critical insights into what features and improvements are most needed to satisfy evolving customer demands.
  • • Collaborate closely with our customers to co-design bespoke training programs tailored to their specific needs and deliver this training effectively.
  • • Proactively leverage data and analytics to strategically drive customer engagement, enhance satisfaction metrics, and ensure high retention rates.
  • • Benefit from a clear and accelerated career path, with the potential to rapidly progress into a managerial role, leading and expanding our customer success team as the company grows.
