  • • This pivotal role is designed for a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives on driving customer value, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor to a dedicated portfolio of accounts.
  • • You will be instrumental in guiding customers through their entire journey with Certn, from seamless onboarding and effective ramp-up periods to ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the benefits of our platform throughout their contract lifecycle.
  • • A core responsibility will be to meticulously develop and execute comprehensive account plans, tailored to each client's unique business objectives, thereby ensuring their sustained success and proactively identifying avenues for expansion and deeper engagement.
  • • You will actively seek out and capitalize on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities, contributing directly to revenue growth and strengthening our partnership with clients by winning additional business and embedding Certn deeper into their operations.
  • • Maintaining a pulse on your customer base is critical; you will provide weekly updates that meticulously track customer stories, highlight emerging opportunities, monitor onboarding progress, identify accounts at risk, and report on churn indicators, ensuring timely and informed interventions.
  • • In situations requiring elevated attention, you will serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and collaborating effectively across internal teams to swiftly and satisfactorily resolve challenges.
  • • Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all departments – including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support – will be essential in dissecting and resolving complex customer issues, ensuring a unified and effective response.
  • • You will conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key client stakeholders, using these sessions not only to proactively address any emerging challenges but also to champion new products, features, and services that can further enhance their experience and outcomes with Certn.
  • • Performance is key, and you will be expected to conduct an average of 5-8 proactive meetings per week with your assigned book of business, ensuring consistent engagement and value delivery.
  • • Diligent documentation and utilization of our CRM system, Hubspot, are paramount for tracking all customer interactions, insights, and progress, providing a clear and auditable record of your account management activities.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve measurably increasing B2B revenue and margin within your portfolio, directly contributing to the company's overarching financial objectives on a quarterly basis.
  • • You will be tasked with implementing and refining strategies specifically designed to reduce customer churn and cultivate enhanced loyalty, ensuring long-term client retention.
  • • Leveraging data analytics will be crucial; you will analyze and track potential churn indicators, developing and executing mutual plans of success to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • • This role operates under standard business hours within your local time zone, generally 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, given our globally distributed team, some flexibility may be required to effectively collaborate across Pacific and GMT time zones.
