📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Manager at Spare Labs Inc., you will be accountable for building strong customer relationships, ensuring customer success and self-sufficiency, and acting as a trusted advisor to optimize transit services and operations.
• • Day to day, you will identify customer pain points, propose solutions, advocate for customers with the Product Team, build lasting relationships with stakeholders, collaborate with Growth and Solutions Engineering teams to meet pre-sale commitments, and manage onsite visits and emergency rotations.
