You will be instrumental in shaping and defining our new Customer Success structure specifically tailored for the subcontractor segment, a critical area experiencing significant growth.
- • As one of the foundational members of this new team, you will have the unique opportunity to influence the direction and long-term strategy of Customer Success within this vital segment. Your role will extend beyond day-to-day operations; you will be a key architect in building processes, defining structures, and establishing best practices from the ground up.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to guide our subcontractors through their entire journey post-contract signing. This includes orchestrating a structured and effective onboarding process, meticulously analyzing product usage to identify trends and potential issues, and proactively recognizing and mitigating risks before they impact client satisfaction or retention.
- • You will be the trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring they not only understand the full capabilities of our platform but also achieve tangible, measurable results that drive their business forward. This involves a deep dive into their operational needs and aligning our solution to meet and exceed their expectations.
