- • As a strategic, revenue-owning Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value derived from QA Wolf. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, remote-first team backed by top-tier venture capital and industry leaders, with a founding leadership team boasting experience from industry giants like Amazon and Bridgewater.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage a diverse portfolio of 20–25 customers throughout their entire lifecycle with QA Wolf, encompassing onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion phases. This involves deeply understanding each customer's unique goals, workflows, and business challenges to proactively drive successful outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices in QA and automated testing. This requires a strategic mindset, enabling you to connect the tangible value of our product directly to their overarching business objectives and key performance indicators.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to develop and meticulously execute success plans for each client. These plans will serve as a roadmap, clearly articulating how QA Wolf's capabilities translate into measurable business impact and ROI, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and strategic priorities.
- • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders within client organizations is paramount. This includes engaging with VPs and C-level executives in Product, Engineering, and QA departments, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how QA Wolf addresses their critical challenges.
- • Proactive risk identification and mitigation will be a key focus. You will be adept at identifying potential churn risks early, skillfully handling objections, and managing escalations with a sense of urgency and clarity, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- • Collaboration is central to our success. You will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams, acting as the voice of the customer. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in driving product improvements and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- • You will take full ownership of forecasting, renewals, and expansion opportunities within your assigned accounts. This revenue-generating aspect of the role requires a strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to drive growth.
- • Ultimately, you will be accountable for delivering against ambitious targets for Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and Gross Dollar Retention (GDR), contributing directly to QA Wolf's sustained growth and market leadership.
