  • • We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Professional-Services-Team at KOST Software GmbH, a company that develops practical digital solutions for gastronomy businesses, large kitchens, and institutions in the community catering sector.
  • • As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of customer projects – from requirement analysis to configuration, customization, testing, go-live, and handover to support.
  • • You will configure and implement our solutions (warehousing, cash register, and payment systems) on-premises and map the business, storage, and accounting processes of our customers in the system.
  • • You will be the central point of contact for your customers throughout the project and ensure clear, reliable communication.
  • • You will support the support after go-live, identify optimization potential, and accompany the further development of their solution.
  • • You will clarify and solve questions at the interface between IT, warehousing, and accounting (e.g., interfaces to financial accounting, billing, data migration).
  • • You will work closely with support, product development, and sales and actively bring customer feedback into the company.
  • • You will document configurations, processes, and handovers carefully and contribute to the further development of our knowledge base and internal processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Completed training in the IT, commercial, or gastronomic field – or comparable practical experience
  • • Around 3-6 years of professional experience in project implementation, implementation, consulting, or customer success, ideally in the B2B software environment
  • • You have a pronounced technical understanding and quickly find your way into new software systems and specialist topics
  • • You bring knowledge in at least one of the areas of warehousing/ERP or accounting/accounting and are willing to work on the other topics
  • • You work in a structured, independent, and results-oriented manner and keep an overview even with several parallel projects
  • • Knowledge in the gastronomy or GV area is welcome, but not a must – we will gladly teach you the technical aspects
  • • You communicate clearly, remain calm and friendly even in stressful situations, and work gladly directly with customers
  • • You work gladly in a team and share your knowledge openly with colleagues
  • • You have very good German language skills (at least C1) and solid English language skills (at least B2)
  • • Willingness to work at the Graz location and to make occasional business trips in the DACH region

  • • Possibility to contribute to the further development of the company's knowledge base and internal processes
