- • You will provide expert coaching and insightful advice to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of identity management, compliance, role management, and access request management.
- • A key aspect of your role involves developing a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by client organizations, and translating this knowledge into actionable recommendations that leverage SailPoint's IdentityIQ platform to solve these problems.
- • You will proactively share best practices and strategic guidance, ensuring clients are fully optimized in their use of SailPoint's offerings.
- • Continuous monitoring of your assigned accounts is crucial; you will track changes in solution/product usage, key personnel, evolving business goals, mission shifts, financial conditions, and competitor involvement.

- • You will also play a critical role in ensuring the timely renewal of maintenance contracts, safeguarding ongoing client relationships and service delivery.
- • This position is fundamentally about client success and satisfaction, and it is explicitly not a quota-carrying sales role, allowing you to focus entirely on building and nurturing client relationships.
- • You will develop a comprehensive understanding of SailPoint's product suite and its application across various industries and client use cases.
