- • As a Customer Success Manager at Iron Mountain, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term value by serving as the primary advocate and strategic partner for clients across the company’s records and information management, digital transformation, and data center solutions.
- • Day to day, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, conduct regular business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, resolve escalations, and collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and renewal of services.
- • You will join a global leader in information management with over 225,000 customers worldwide, operating in a mission-driven culture that values sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility while empowering employees to grow their expertise in complex B2B environments.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise customer lifecycle management, strengthen your consultative selling and relationship-building skills, and gain exposure to cutting-edge solutions in data privacy, digital transformation, and asset lifecycle management—positioning you for advancement into senior customer success, account management, or leadership roles within Iron Mountain’s Sales organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role within B2B technology, information management, or enterprise SaaS environments.
- • Strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders, with a track record of driving retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms to track health scores, usage, and renewal forecasts.
