  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Sift, you will be at the forefront of empowering leading global businesses to build digital trust and secure their online operations. You will serve as a crucial bridge between Sift's innovative Digital Trust & Safety solutions and our diverse customer base, ensuring they derive maximum strategic value and achieve their business objectives.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate deep, trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers, acting as their dedicated advisor and advocate. This involves a proactive approach to understanding their unique business landscapes, identifying potential challenges, and architecting solutions that leverage Sift's powerful platform.
  • • You will be expected to develop an in-depth mastery of Sift's product suite, becoming a subject matter expert capable of distilling complex functionalities into actionable insights and best practices for your clients. This expertise will enable you to guide customers through effective adoption strategies and optimize their use of Sift's tools.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to demonstrate and articulate the tangible value Sift delivers. Through regular strategic business reviews (e.g., QBRs) and insightful, consultative conversations, you will quantify and communicate the return on investment (ROI) our customers are achieving, ensuring alignment and reinforcing the partnership.
  • • You will own the entire customer lifecycle for your assigned accounts, from onboarding and adoption to ongoing engagement and retention. This includes managing projects, proactively communicating any issues or potential roadblocks, and orchestrating solutions with internal Sift teams.
  • • Internally, you will be the "voice of the customer," channeling their feedback, needs, and success stories to various departments, including Product, Engineering, and Sales. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping product development, improving customer experience, and refining Sift's go-to-market strategies.
  • • You will take a first pass at troubleshooting customer issues, leveraging your product knowledge to identify root causes and propose initial recommendations. While Solutions Engineers will provide deeper technical support, your ability to triage and guide customers will be essential for efficient problem resolution.
  • • A significant part of your role involves contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer-facing resources. This includes sharing key learnings, documenting best practices, and collaborating on the creation of training materials and collateral that empower customers and enhance their success.
  • • You will be responsible for managing a book of business, with a direct impact on customer retention and revenue growth. This requires a strategic mindset focused on long-term partnership building and proactive risk mitigation.
  • • Success in this role hinges on your ability to blend business acumen with technical understanding, enabling you to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from fraud analysts on the front lines to C-suite executives.
  • • You will foster a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with internal technical and non-technical teams to ensure cohesive customer support and project execution.
