  • • As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and expanding our relationships with key veterinary hospital consolidators. This position is central to our strategy for engaging with the largest groups in the veterinary market. You will be the primary architect and executor of Vetcove’s corporate accounts strategy, ensuring these critical partnerships thrive and contribute to our long-term vision.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to work closely with our existing network of corporate hospital group partners. This involves deeply understanding their evolving needs, providing strategic insights, and translating these requirements into actionable feedback for our product development roadmap and overall company strategy. You will act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring our platforms deliver maximum value to these large-scale partners.
  • • Beyond managing existing accounts, you will proactively develop new strategic relationships with other major veterinary consolidators. Your efforts will be crucial in strengthening our competitive position within this segment of the market. By understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating Vetcove’s value proposition, you will onboard new corporate partners and integrate them seamlessly into our ecosystem.
  • • You will serve as the main point of contact and a trusted partner for these corporate accounts. This requires building strong, long-lasting relationships based on mutual trust and a deep understanding of their business objectives. You will be responsible for articulating Vetcove’s value proposition effectively, ensuring our partners recognize the strategic advantage our solutions provide.
  • • A key aspect of this role is designing and leading Vetcove’s corporate accounts strategy from the ground up. This includes defining target accounts, developing engagement plans, and setting clear objectives for partnership growth and success.
  • • You will position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and champions within named accounts. This involves regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to understanding their business at a granular level to foster strong, enduring relationships.
  • • Crafting compelling narratives and proving customer value will be essential. You will conduct comprehensive business reviews and strategic touch-points, utilizing both phone calls and on-site meetings to showcase the impact of Vetcove’s solutions and reinforce our commitment to their success.
  • • Developing proficiency in collecting and synthesizing ongoing customer product feedback is critical. You will establish an effective feedback loop, ensuring that customer needs directly inform our product development strategy and roadmap, thereby driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • • A methodical approach to strategic planning for each owned account is required. You will create detailed roadmaps that guide customers toward achieving their specific platform goals, fostering account growth, and ensuring their overall success with Vetcove.
  • • Staying informed about the veterinary consolidation market is paramount. You will continuously monitor market dynamics, understand emerging trends, and identify how Vetcove can adapt and evolve to meet the changing needs of large veterinary groups.
  • • You will actively nurture relationships with non-contracted corporate consolidators. This involves educating them on Vetcove’s value proposition and demonstrating how our solutions can align with and support their long-term strategic objectives, ultimately driving new business acquisition.
