- • As a Customer Success Manager at Zayo Group Holdings, Inc., you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle from purchase through renewal, ensuring customers realize their desired outcomes and full potential with minimal effort on their part.
- • Day to day, you will analyze lifecycle data to translate insights into actionable recommendations, conduct quarterly Business Reviews, own and manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, lead customer onboarding and training initiatives for the Tranzact platform, manage Revenue Risk Assessment Dashboards to identify churn risks, own the renewal process end-to-end, and identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
