  • • Your role transcends traditional product support; you will act as an in-house email marketing strategist, deeply understanding client needs and translating them into actionable strategies that drive ticket sales and foster enduring customer relationships.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key customers, proactively engaging with them to ensure they are maximizing their investment in Hive and staying abreast of our latest features and enhancements.
  • • A significant aspect of your responsibility will involve nurturing and onboarding new customers and partners, guiding them through the initial stages to ensure a smooth and successful integration with the Hive platform.
  • • You will play a pivotal role in the product development lifecycle by actively listening to customer feedback, identifying pain points, and contributing valuable insights to shape the product roadmap and future enhancements.
  • • Leveraging your expertise in email marketing, you will contribute to directing Hive's own marketing efforts, identifying new strategic avenues, and sharing key findings and emerging trends to inform the creation of valuable educational content for our clients.
  • • You will provide dedicated support to our most important existing partners, including agencies, e-commerce platforms, and technology providers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and growth.
  • • You will be instrumental in shaping and scaling Hive's overall customer experience strategy, adapting and evolving our approach as the company experiences continued growth and expansion.
  • • This role demands a proactive and consultative approach, where you will anticipate client needs, identify potential challenges before they arise, and offer innovative solutions.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored email marketing strategies that align with each client's unique business objectives, focusing on customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • • You will conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy sessions with clients to demonstrate the value they are receiving from Hive and to identify opportunities for further optimization.
  • • Your ability to translate complex technical features into clear, business-oriented benefits will be crucial in client communications and internal feedback loops.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition to long-term advocacy.
  • • By staying informed about the latest trends in event marketing and email communications, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them stay ahead of the curve.
  • • You will be empowered to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant Hive features or services based on client needs and success metrics.
  • • Your success will be measured by key performance indicators such as customer retention, satisfaction scores, product adoption rates, and the overall success of your clients' marketing campaigns.
