- • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture deep relationships with a dedicated portfolio of customers. This involves understanding their unique business objectives, workflows, and challenges within the construction sector. By proactively engaging with clients, you will ensure they are not only adopting our platform but are also leveraging its full capabilities to achieve their strategic goals, such as accelerating takeoff tasks, reducing errors, and enhancing team collaboration.
- • You will conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with your clients to meticulously monitor their platform usage, adoption rates, and overall satisfaction. These interactions are crucial for identifying potential areas of concern or opportunity. Your keen observation skills will enable you to anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues before they escalate, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- • Acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, you will be their trusted advisor and advocate within Togal.AI. This means being readily available to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure their journey with our platform is successful from onboarding through ongoing usage.
- • A significant part of your role will involve providing exceptional customer support. You will be responsible for responding to support requests in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and when necessary, acting as a liaison between the customer and our product and engineering teams to ensure swift resolution. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and support tickets within our CRM or customer success platform is essential for tracking progress and identifying trends.
- • Proactively monitoring customer usage patterns is key to identifying early indicators of churn risk. You will develop and implement tailored strategies and interventions to mitigate these risks, ensuring customer loyalty and retention. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall health and growth of our customer base.
- • Furthermore, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for account expansion, including upsells and cross-sells. By deeply understanding customer needs and how our platform can further address them, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture and close these growth opportunities, contributing to the company's revenue targets.
- • You will serve as the voice of the customer within Togal.AI. By gathering and synthesizing customer insights, feedback, and pain points, you will provide invaluable input to our product and engineering teams. This feedback loop is critical for shaping the future direction of our product roadmap, ensuring it continues to meet and exceed the evolving needs of the construction industry.
- • You will also actively share customer trends, success stories, challenges, and best practices with the broader customer success and sales teams. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing SaaS role.
- • Strong acumen for understanding and explaining SaaS products, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- • Proficiency in using CRM or customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, ChurnZero).
- • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a portfolio of clients independently.
- • Must be located within the CT/MT/PT time zones in the United States.
