- • As a Customer Success Manager at Choco GmbH, you will be instrumental in driving the success and satisfaction of our valued distributor accounts. Your primary mission will be to ensure that our clients derive maximum value from the Choco platform, fostering strong, long-term partnerships and contributing directly to their operational efficiency and sustainability goals.
- • You will take full ownership of the post-sales customer experience, managing a portfolio of high-value distributor accounts from the moment a deal is closed through to renewal and expansion. This involves building and nurturing robust relationships, understanding their unique business challenges, and strategically guiding them to leverage Choco AI for transformative results.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be leading the customer onboarding process. This includes developing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to each client's needs, ensuring a seamless launch and driving strong early adoption of our AI-powered solutions. Your expertise will equip their teams to integrate Choco AI effortlessly into their daily operations, minimizing disruption and maximizing immediate benefits.
- • You will be expected to spend dedicated time on-site with customers, typically 1-2 days during the training and go-live phases. This hands-on approach is vital for providing direct support, observing workflows, and ensuring that the Choco platform is effectively implemented and utilized by all relevant stakeholders.
- • Beyond the initial launch, your responsibility extends to driving ongoing product adoption and value realization. You will serve as the primary point of contact, proactively engaging with clients to identify opportunities for them to further enhance their operations using Choco's capabilities. This involves understanding their evolving needs and demonstrating how Choco can continue to support their growth and sustainability objectives.
- • A key performance indicator for this role is the proactive management of churn risk. By maintaining close relationships and consistently demonstrating value, you will identify potential issues early and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring high retention rates across your portfolio.
- • Furthermore, you will be a key player in identifying and owning renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities. This requires a deep understanding of the customer's business trajectory and how Choco's solutions can scale with their success, leading to increased commercial performance for both the client and Choco.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with a variety of cross-functional internal teams, including Integrations, Product, Finance, and Marketing. Your ability to liaise effectively will ensure the timely delivery of solutions and support that are perfectly aligned with customer needs and expectations.
- • You will act as the crucial voice of the customer within Choco. By sharing insights, learnings, and feedback gathered from your client interactions, you will directly influence product development roadmaps, refine go-to-market strategies, and improve internal processes, contributing to the continuous evolution and enhancement of the Choco ecosystem.
- • This role demands a proactive, strategic, and relationship-driven individual who is passionate about helping businesses modernize and achieve sustainability through technology. You will be a trusted advisor, empowering our distributors to operate more efficiently, reduce waste, and build more profitable businesses.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing role such as project management, implementation, account management, or customer success within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- • Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and effectively communicate complex technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- • Demonstrated skill in quickly understanding business problems, identifying the crux of issues, and proactively implementing effective solutions.
