  • • As the first dedicated Customer Success Manager at Ambrook, you will own relationships with the company's most strategic accounts, creating the playbook for managing, retaining, and growing these relationships at scale while serving as the primary point of contact for ~300 key customers.
  • • Day to day, you will manage customer retention and expansion, coordinate strategic customer visits to farms and job sites, leverage AI and tools for proactive outreach, troubleshoot product and accounting questions, and collaborate with Product and CS leadership to ensure customer feedback shapes product development.
  • • Ambrook is a Series A startup rebuilding financial infrastructure for American family-run businesses in agriculture, trucking, construction, and related industries, backed by Thrive Capital, Dylan Field, and Homebrew, with a mission to empower land and labor stewards through modern accounting, banking, and spending tools.
  • • In this role, you will learn Ambrook's product deeply, gain accounting fundamentals, develop expertise in the industries served, master AI-enabled customer support at scale, and grow into a recognized go-to resource for both customer and product knowledge while building scalable processes from scratch.
