  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Deel, you will be the pivotal point of contact and the trusted advisor for a portfolio of Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) clients, playing a crucial role in their journey with our all-in-one global payroll and HR platform.
  • • Your primary objective is to cultivate and deepen relationships with these clients, transforming them into long-term, loyal advocates of Deel by understanding their unique challenges and proactively offering strategic solutions.
  • • You will be instrumental in identifying potential risks that could lead to customer churn, employing a keen understanding of client sentiment and platform usage to mitigate these risks before they escalate.
  • • A core responsibility involves building robust relationships by actively listening to clients, pinpointing their pain points, and architecting effective solutions that not only resolve immediate issues but also unlock opportunities for growth and increased revenue for both the client and Deel.
  • • You will serve as the essential "voice of the customer" within Deel, meticulously collecting and synthesizing product feedback and operational insights to inform and influence our internal product development and service improvement strategies.
  • • Ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience on a day-to-day basis is paramount, requiring meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
  • • This role demands seamless coordination with various internal Deel teams – including Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering – to guarantee the timely and effective resolution of customer requests and inquiries.
  • • You will be a proactive driver of platform feature adoption, educating clients on how to leverage Deel's capabilities to enhance their operational efficiency, improve their employee experience, and ultimately boost their retention rates.
  • • By understanding the evolving needs of global businesses, you will strategically champion new Deel products and functionalities, facilitating the expansion of each client's engagement with our platform and demonstrating the tangible value Deel brings to their international operations.
  • • You will be responsible for managing a high volume of SMB accounts, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar advisory capacity.
  • • Proven track record of elite performance and a history of exceeding expectations in previous roles.
  • • Demonstrated experience in advising customers, understanding their business needs, and providing strategic recommendations.
  • • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw insightful conclusions, and synthesize information into actionable recommendations.
  • • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to remain calm and collected under pressure, manage challenging conversations, and celebrate client successes.
