Your primary mission is to guarantee that once our customers are successfully onboarded with Valpay, they remain engaged, empowered, and continuously derive significant benefits from our services.
  • • You will serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for an assigned portfolio of SaaS partners following their implementation. This involves proactively guiding them through the nuances of platform adoption, assisting them in optimizing their payment programs for peak performance, and providing ongoing, high-level support. Your day-to-day will focus on identifying and mitigating potential friction points, bolstering customer confidence in our solutions, and ensuring that every customer experiences sustained, tangible value from Valpay’s innovative platform.
  • • This position presents a truly unique and exciting opportunity to be the inaugural Customer Success Manager within the Australian region. This autonomy allows you to play a foundational role in shaping and defining the very essence of how customer success is built, executed, and scaled locally. You will be at the forefront of establishing best practices, meticulously designing and implementing robust processes, and setting the benchmark for partner engagement as Valpay continues its ambitious growth trajectory.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass building and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with our SaaS partners. This involves deeply understanding their unique business objectives, identifying their specific challenges, and aligning on their critical success metrics. By fostering these connections, you will become an indispensable advisor, helping them leverage Valpay to its fullest potential.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to actively drive adoption and deepen usage of the Valpay platform. This will be achieved by providing strategic guidance on optimizing their payment strategies and empowering them to effectively utilize Valpay’s comprehensive suite of tools and features. You will be their champion, ensuring they are maximizing the revenue-generating capabilities of our embedded payments solution.
  • • Proactive account management is crucial. You will continuously monitor the health and performance of both your partner accounts and their merchant bases. This vigilance will enable you to swiftly identify potential risks that could impact retention or performance, allowing you to implement preemptive strategies to safeguard customer success.
  • • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with our internal Support, Operations, and Product teams to ensure that any issues are resolved with speed and efficiency. Your feedback loop will be vital in enhancing the overall customer experience, contributing to a seamless and positive journey for all our users.
  • • You will be a vital conduit for customer insights. Actively gathering feedback from partners and merchants will be essential. These valuable insights will be systematically shared internally to inform critical product enhancements, drive process improvements, and ensure our offerings remain aligned with market needs.
  • • Developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions, creating accessible resources, and disseminating best practices will empower our customers. This focus on enablement will help them scale their operations effectively and become more self-sufficient in managing their payment ecosystems.
  • • You will be responsible for meticulously tracking key account performance metrics, such as churn rates, platform activity, and customer satisfaction scores. This data-driven approach will allow you to accurately measure retention, gauge engagement levels, and identify areas for strategic intervention.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by the retention, satisfaction, and growth of your assigned customer portfolio, directly contributing to Valpay’s overall mission of transforming payments into a revenue stream for SaaS companies.
