  • • You will serve as a crucial bridge between our innovative platform and the businesses that rely on it. This involves guiding new customers through the entire onboarding and implementation process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto the Puzzle platform. Your expertise will be vital in helping founders and operators get up and running quickly and successfully, empowering them to leverage the full capabilities of our software.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve delivering comprehensive product training. This will encompass a variety of methods, including live video calls, personalized demos, and the creation or utilization of clear, concise written resources. You will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on how to best utilize Puzzle for their specific financial workflows and challenges.
  • • Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with our diverse customer base is paramount. You will engage directly with founders, finance leaders, and operational teams, understanding their unique needs and business objectives. Your ability to answer product-related questions, troubleshoot complex workflow challenges, and proactively ensure customers are deriving maximum value from Puzzle will be key to their success and our growth.
  • • Proactive customer health monitoring is essential. You will track customer engagement and platform usage to identify potential issues before they escalate, implementing strategies to improve adoption and satisfaction. This requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to anticipating customer needs.
  • • This role demands significant cross-functional collaboration. You will work hand-in-hand with our Product, Engineering, and Support teams. This includes effectively escalating critical customer issues, providing detailed feedback on user experiences, and acting as a strong advocate for customer needs within the organization. Your insights will directly influence product improvements and the development of new features.
  • • Furthermore, you will collaborate internally to enhance our customer education ecosystem. This involves contributing to the improvement of onboarding materials, refining our help documentation, and developing new resources that empower customers to become self-sufficient and proficient with Puzzle.
  • • You will be instrumental in shaping the customer journey, ensuring that every interaction with Puzzle is positive and productive. This includes understanding the nuances of accounting concepts and financial workflows, and being able to translate these into actionable guidance for users who may not have deep accounting expertise.
