  • • Own a strategic book of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, serving as the single-threaded owner of the entire post-sale lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal and expansion—while also lending expertise to the broader small-to-midmarket segment via shared renewal coverage and ad hoc support.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor at every level of the customer organization, translating business objectives into measurable outcomes on the Fluxx platform; you will run quarterly business reviews (QBRs), executive steering committees, and success planning workshops that map product capabilities to philanthropic strategy.
  • • Drive adoption and time-to-value by designing and executing tailored enablement plans: configure dashboards, craft user-training curricula, and deliver data-driven insights that help foundations move from “first login” to “fully embedded” within 90 days.
  • • Proactively monitor health signals—license utilization, feature adoption, support tickets, NPS, and renewal risk—using Planhat and BI tools; surface red flags early and orchestrate cross-functional “SWAT” teams (Product, Support, Engineering, Sales) to protect revenue and customer trust.
  • • Own renewal forecasting and negotiation for your named accounts; build multi-year business cases that quantify ROI, secure executive buy-in, and expand ARR through upsells of premium modules, additional user seats, and advisory services.
  • • Champion the voice of the customer inside Fluxx: synthesize feedback into concise product briefs, vote on roadmap priorities, and co-author case studies that showcase transformational impact for the wider Fluxx community.
  • • Lead and contribute to internal initiatives that scale Customer Success—refine playbooks, automate low-touch workflows, design health-scoring algorithms, and mentor newer CSMs—so the team can punch above its weight as the company grows.
  • • Maintain a data-first mindset: build reports in Planhat, Salesforce, and Tableau to track adoption KPIs, renewal probability, and expansion pipeline; present findings to leadership and iterate on strategies that improve gross retention and net revenue retention.
  • • Cultivate a deep understanding of the philanthropic sector—grantmaking cycles, compliance requirements, and funder collaboratives—so you can speak the customer’s language and position Fluxx as the indispensable operating system for social impact.
  • • Travel up to 20 % for onsite strategic workshops, user conferences, and industry events (when safe and appropriate), ensuring that remote relationships evolve into high-trust partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably serving Mid-Market or Enterprise clients.
  • • Demonstrated track record of owning a revenue number—renewal and expansion quotas—while achieving 90 %+ gross retention and 110 %+ net retention.
  • • Proficiency with CRM and CS platforms such as Salesforce and Planhat; comfort building dashboards, forecasting renewals, and analyzing product usage data.
  • • Exceptional communication skills: ability to present to C-suite executives, facilitate workshops, and author concise business cases that translate technical features into philanthropic impact.
  • • Nice-to-have: familiarity with the nonprofit or philanthropic sector, grantmaking workflows, or compliance standards (e.g., IRS 990-PF, HIPAA, SOC 2).
