  • • You will be instrumental in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion within a portfolio of Anima customers. This involves taking ownership from the initial onboarding of new clinics to fostering deep engagement and ensuring best-in-class customer retention. Your success will directly impact the company's growth and its ability to scale its life-saving services.
  • • A core responsibility will be to safeguard and grow the existing revenue base. This will be achieved by cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with our clients, proactively identifying potential churn risks, and expertly navigating conversations to drive expansion opportunities. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into value will be key.
  • • You will act as a critical bridge between our users and our product development teams. By meticulously gathering and translating clinical and administrative pain points, you will provide actionable insights that directly influence and shape the future iterations of the Anima platform. This feedback loop is essential for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve the strategic development and refinement of Customer Success playbooks, processes, and data-driven frameworks. The goal is to create repeatable and scalable strategies that foster customer fanaticism and support our ambitious growth trajectory, moving from hundreds to thousands of practices.
  • • You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of clinicians and practice managers, coaching them towards adopting new behaviors and workflows that maximize their benefit from Anima. This requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex technical and medical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • • The role demands a proactive and organized approach, with a strong sense of ownership and intrinsic motivation. You will be expected to manage your workload effectively, ensuring all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
