- • As a Customer Success Manager with an Analytics Focus at Wordly, you will be at the forefront of driving customer value and ensuring sustained growth through insightful data analysis and proactive engagement. You will be instrumental in shaping our success strategy, leveraging your analytical prowess to delve into vast amounts of customer data, identify critical trends, and preemptively address potential churn risks. Your primary objective will be to transform complex data sets into actionable strategies that empower our diverse customer base, from individual users to enterprise-level accounts, to achieve their desired outcomes with Wordly's innovative AI-powered translation solutions.
- • You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing customer usage data to uncover patterns, trends, and untapped opportunities for expansion and deeper engagement. This involves building sophisticated customer health scores and implementing alert systems to proactively identify and manage at-risk accounts, ensuring timely intervention and resolution of concerns before they escalate.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within our self-serve customer segment. You will achieve this by developing and deploying automated playbooks designed to guide these users towards increased adoption and utilization of Wordly's features, thereby fostering their growth and success.
- • You will collaborate closely with the broader Customer Success Team, providing essential data analysis and workflow support to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and clear communication of customer insights to various internal stakeholders.
- • Your insights derived from user behavior data will be invaluable to our Product and Design teams. You will provide direct feedback and recommendations on how to enhance our products, improve user experience, and develop features that better align with customer needs and evolving market demands.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve developing and maintaining automations that streamline the customer journey, particularly for our self-serve users. This includes defining and implementing processes that facilitate their adoption and effective utilization of Wordly's technology, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience.
- • You will play a crucial role in defining the overall customer journey by deploying strategic processes that enable customers to fully leverage the capabilities of Wordly's advanced translation technology. This involves understanding customer pain points and proactively offering solutions and best practices.
- • You will support the Sales and Success teams by fulfilling ad-hoc data requests and conducting in-depth analyses of key accounts, providing them with the critical information needed to drive strategic decisions and customer engagement.
- • You will actively participate in customer optimization discussions, guiding clients towards best practices and improvements in their user experience (UX) with Wordly's platform.
- • Acting as a dedicated advocate for the customer, you will leverage your in-depth, first-hand understanding of their experiences and product needs to represent their voice internally and drive impactful product and service enhancements.
- • In line with Wordly's commitment to exceptional customer support, you will also take turns being part of our first line of support. This includes responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, investigating and troubleshooting customer-reported issues, and participating in a rotating schedule for our 24/7 emergency support line. This hands-on involvement ensures a deep understanding of customer challenges and fosters a customer-centric approach across the entire team.

- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders, and experience building relationships virtually and over email.
