  • As a Customer Success Manager at Wordly Inc., you will drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by building lasting relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring customers realize value from Wordly’s AI-powered real-time translation solutions and contributing directly to the company’s growth in a fast-moving, innovative market.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary advocate for customers, developing trusted advisor relationships, creating Customer Success Plans, monitoring customer health through usage data and health scores, identifying expansion opportunities, leading account reviews, serving as a bridge to product and marketing teams, and rotating through first-line support duties such as answering emails, chats, and the 24/7 emergency line.
  • Wordly is a rapidly growing AI startup headquartered in Los Altos, California, with a global remote team, serving diverse clients including government entities, Fortune 500 companies, and organizations worldwide through real-time translation in 50+ languages.   • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in customer success strategy, data-driven decision making, CRM and workflow automation (especially HubSpot), cross-functional collaboration, and AI-assisted support tools, while gaining experience serving Government of Canada customers and contributing to product improvement through customer insights.
