  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Constructor Technologies, Inc., you will be at the forefront of ensuring our enterprise clients achieve maximum value from our cutting-edge product search and discovery solutions. This role is pivotal in fostering strong, long-term relationships with our customers, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. You will be instrumental in guiding them through the integration process, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing success, ultimately driving revenue growth for both our clients and Constructor.
  • • Your core mission will be to translate customer needs into actionable strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of their business objectives and the capabilities of our machine learning-powered platform. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, meticulously managing their journey from initial setup to full adoption, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and expand their use of our services.
  • • A significant aspect of your role involves understanding the complex organizational structures within our enterprise clients. You will need to navigate different departments and stakeholders, identify key decision-makers, and effectively manage competing priorities and potential misalignments. Your ability to synthesize diverse requirements and present a unified, prioritized roadmap will be crucial for client satisfaction and project success.
  • • You will play a key role in shaping both internal and external communications. This includes crafting compelling narratives that articulate the value proposition of Constructor, defining success metrics, and communicating progress and outcomes to clients. You will also be responsible for translating client feedback and requirements into clear, concise requests for our engineering and product teams.
  • • A critical responsibility is the effective management of engineering resources. You will learn to assess the impact and priority of customer-driven requests, skillfully negotiate for engineering time, and ensure that critical client needs are addressed efficiently while managing less impactful requests with minimal resource allocation. This requires a strong understanding of technical feasibility and business impact.
  • • You will serve as a first line of defense for customer support inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams. Your ability to provide timely and effective solutions will be paramount in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
  • • Developing and maintaining comprehensive customer documentation, including onboarding guides, best practice articles, and training materials, will be an ongoing task. This ensures that clients have the resources they need to effectively utilize our platform and empowers them to become self-sufficient.
  • • You will constantly seek innovative ways to improve the customer integration process, making it more robust, efficient, and user-friendly. This includes identifying potential bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to implement enhancements that elevate the overall customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • A minimum of three years of professional experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Consulting, with a proven track record of managing relationships with large enterprise organizations.
  • • Demonstrated understanding of APIs and experience interacting with them, coupled with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
  • • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • • Proven ability to quickly understand organizational dynamics, identify key stakeholders, and build consensus around strategic initiatives.
  • • A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Located within the EMEA region.
