You will own the entire lifecycle of a portfolio of enterprise customers across Europe, ensuring they not only adopt but deeply integrate Valdera's AI-native sourcing platform into their operations. Your primary mission is to drive tangible, measurable value for these clients, fostering long-term partnerships that are built on trust, strategic alignment, and demonstrable business impact.
- • You will serve as a strategic advisor to procurement leaders and supply chain executives, guiding them through the transformation of their sourcing processes. This involves understanding their unique challenges, translating the capabilities of Valdera's platform into solutions, and demonstrating how our technology can digitize and optimize their complex chemical and raw material supply chains. Your expertise will empower them to discover new suppliers, rigorously qualify materials, and build resilient supply chains at scale, directly impacting their bottom line and competitive advantage.
- • This is a high-impact, hands-on role that demands a proactive approach and a deep sense of ownership. You will be responsible for onboarding new enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless transition and rapid time-to-value. This includes developing tailored onboarding plans, conducting in-depth training sessions, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the customer's strategic objectives. Your ability to combine exceptional client management skills with analytical rigor will be crucial in demonstrating the quantifiable outcomes achieved through Valdera's platform.
- • A significant part of your role will involve driving adoption and engagement across the customer's organization. You will identify champions within the client's team, understand their internal workflows, and proactively identify opportunities for deeper platform utilization. By continuously monitoring usage patterns and gathering feedback, you will anticipate potential roadblocks and implement strategies to overcome them, ensuring sustained value realization and customer satisfaction.
- • You will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing expansion opportunities within your existing customer base. This involves understanding the evolving needs of the client and proactively proposing how Valdera's platform can address new challenges or unlock further efficiencies. Your success in driving expansion will directly contribute to Valdera's growth and market penetration.
- • A key responsibility is to translate platform usage into quantifiable business outcomes. This means working closely with customers to define and track metrics such as cost savings achieved through optimized sourcing, reduction in supply chain risks, improvements in lead times, and enhanced supply chain resilience. You will be responsible for creating compelling business reviews that clearly articulate the value delivered by Valdera, reinforcing the partnership and justifying continued investment.
- • You will play a vital role in developing and refining scalable processes, playbooks, and customer-facing materials. This involves documenting best practices, creating standardized workflows for common customer needs, and developing resources that empower customers to self-serve and maximize their use of the platform. Your contributions will be essential in building a robust and efficient Customer Success function that can scale with Valdera's rapid growth.
- • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with our Sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of new enterprise accounts and to identify potential upsell opportunities. You will partner with the Product team to provide valuable customer insights, advocate for feature enhancements, and ensure that customer needs are reflected in the product roadmap. Close collaboration with the Engineering team will be necessary to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a high-quality platform experience for your customers.
- • You will act as the voice of the customer within Valdera, championing their needs and ensuring their success is prioritized across all departments. This requires strong communication skills, the ability to influence internal stakeholders, and a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS adoption lifecycle within large, complex organizations.
