- • As a Growth Customer Success Manager at Juniper Square, you will be at the forefront of empowering small and mid-sized businesses to achieve their full potential within the private markets. Your primary mission will be to cultivate and nurture a substantial portfolio of over 220 client accounts, guiding them through their post-onboarding journey and ensuring they derive maximum value from our innovative platform.
- • You will be the primary owner of your clients' success and overall account health. This involves developing and executing strategic initiatives meticulously designed to enhance customer value, foster deeper product adoption, and ultimately drive long-term satisfaction and retention. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our clients not only succeed but thrive, leveraging Juniper Square as a catalyst for their growth.
- • Building and maintaining robust, trust-based relationships is at the core of this position. You will employ a blend of personalized human connection and scalable, digital engagement strategies to foster strong partnerships. This approach ensures that customers feel supported and understood, leading to increased product utilization and overall satisfaction.
- • A key aspect of your role will be the proactive monitoring of customer health indicators and usage patterns.
