  • • As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Deel, you will be the primary point of contact and the trusted advisor for a portfolio of our valued clients, playing a pivotal role in fostering strong, enduring relationships that drive long-term revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • • You will be the internal and external face and voice of Deel, embodying our commitment to client success and acting as a bridge between our clients' needs and Deel's capabilities.
  • • This role demands a proactive and strategic approach, focusing on understanding client pain points, delivering tailored solutions, and identifying opportunities for expansion and increased value realization from the Deel platform.
  • • You will be responsible for managing a high volume of accounts, likely within the SMB/MM or Enterprise segments, ensuring each client receives exceptional day-to-day support and strategic guidance.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to identify and mitigate risks that could lead to customer churn, employing proactive strategies and timely interventions to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • • You will deeply engage with clients to understand their business objectives and operational challenges, translating these insights into actionable strategies and recommendations that leverage Deel's comprehensive HR and payroll solutions.
  • • By championing new products, features, and capabilities within the Deel platform, you will empower clients to maximize their use of our services, thereby facilitating the expansion of their business with Deel and enhancing their overall experience.
  • • You will act as a crucial internal advocate for your clients, collecting and synthesizing valuable product and operational feedback to inform Deel's product roadmap and service improvements.
  • • This involves close collaboration with various internal teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support, to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our customers, coordinating responses and driving the timely completion of client requests.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will be to drive the adoption of key platform features that demonstrably improve the customer experience and contribute to enhanced retention rates.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience, including significant client-facing experience.
  • • Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets and synthesize raw numbers into actionable recommendations.
  • • Proven ability to build strong relationships, remain calm under pressure, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • • Self-starter with a motivated growth mentality, comfortable in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
