- • As a Customer Success Manager II (CSM II) at Deel, you will be the primary point of contact and the trusted advisor for a portfolio of EMEA-based clients, playing a pivotal role in fostering strong, enduring relationships and driving long-term value.
- • Your core mission will be to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes using the Deel platform, acting as their strategic partner in navigating the complexities of global payroll, HR, and compliance.
- • You will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their unique business objectives, and aligning Deel's solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- • A significant aspect of your role involves proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could lead to customer churn. This requires a keen eye for potential issues, swift engagement with internal teams to find resolutions, and transparent communication with clients throughout the process.
