- • As a Customer Success Manager specializing in the legal sector at UniCourt, you will be the pivotal post-sale relationship owner for our most valued enterprise and Large Law clients, including prestigious Am Law 200 firms and Fortune 500 legal departments. Your core mission is to ensure these clients not only derive maximum value from UniCourt's cutting-edge Legal Data as a Service (LDaaS) platform but also deepen their engagement over time, ultimately transforming them into enthusiastic advocates for our brand.
- • You will orchestrate and lead the critical client onboarding and implementation phases, guaranteeing a seamless technical integration of UniCourt's powerful API platform directly into the intricate workflows of our clients. This involves understanding their existing systems and demonstrating how our data solutions can enhance their operations.
- • A key responsibility is the development and meticulous execution of bespoke success plans. These plans will be strategically tailored to align with each client's unique goals, specific use cases, and their particular organizational structure, ensuring that our service directly addresses their needs.
- • Driving product adoption is paramount. You will proactively educate clients on the full spectrum of platform capabilities, introduce them to new features as they are released, and share best practices for effectively leveraging legal data and analytics to achieve their objectives.
- • Continuous monitoring of account health is essential. This will be achieved through diligent analysis of usage data, conducting regular client check-ins, and performing comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Your proactive approach will enable you to identify and swiftly address any potential risks to client retention.
- • You will take ownership of the entire renewal process, working in close partnership with the sales team to identify and cultivate expansion and upsell opportunities within your existing client portfolio, thereby contributing to revenue growth.
- • Acting as the crucial "voice of the customer" internally, you will be responsible for channeling client feedback, insights, and suggestions directly to our product, engineering, and leadership teams. This feedback loop is vital for informing and prioritizing our product roadmap and strategic development.
- • Fostering strong, collaborative relationships across internal departments is key. You will work hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and exceptional client experience, from the initial prospect engagement through to becoming a long-term, satisfied partner.
- • Your role involves building deep, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. These stakeholders often include leaders in knowledge management, innovation, IT departments, and business intelligence teams, requiring you to speak their language and understand their challenges.
- • Staying abreast of the dynamic legal tech landscape is non-negotiable. You will continuously educate yourself on emerging trends, the competitive environment, and broader industry developments to bring informed, strategic perspectives to your client conversations and internal strategy.
- • You will have the opportunity to represent UniCourt at significant legal industry conferences, user groups, and client-specific events, acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for our company and its offerings.
