• • As a Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) SMB at Arctic Wolf Networks, you will play a critical role in managing corporate customers utilizing the CyberSOC solution, driving renewals and expansions through consultative selling, and ensuring high customer satisfaction via quarterly account reviews and proactive risk mitigation.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of SMB customers, listening to feedback and relaying it to internal teams, negotiating upsells based on product and customer needs, planning and prioritizing high-volume activities to resolve issues promptly, and creating automated processes to forecast at-risk accounts and build retention strategies.
