  • • Lead and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive value realization for BlueCat's innovative Intelligent NetOps solutions.
  • • As Manager, Customer Success, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of customer success at BlueCat, a company recognized for its award-winning culture and leadership in the rapidly growing Intelligent Network Operations market.
  • • This role is a high-impact leadership position with significant decision-making authority, influencing departmental direction, team leadership, and long-term customer success initiatives.
  • • You will be accountable for the overall performance, professional development, and measurable impact of your CSM team across the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • • Set the strategic vision for the Customer Success team, ensuring consistent and effective execution of customer success strategies that align with BlueCat's overarching business objectives.
  • • Drive key customer outcomes, including customer retention, product adoption, expansion opportunities, and the cultivation of long-term customer value and loyalty.
  • • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Success department, including performance management, resource allocation, and fostering a culture that champions accountability, collaboration, and unwavering customer advocacy.
  • • Actively coach and mentor your CSMs, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and strategic insights necessary to effectively manage their customer portfolios and evolve into trusted advisors.
  • • Develop and implement comprehensive customer success strategies that are directly aligned with company goals, focusing on initiatives that demonstrably enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and overall success with BlueCat's solutions.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities for scalable process improvements within the Customer Success function, optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring the team consistently delivers strong business results.
  • • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the health of customer relationships and the effectiveness of the Customer Success program, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • • Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Customer Support, to ensure a unified approach to customer experience.
  • • Serve as a vocal advocate for customer needs and feedback within BlueCat, translating insights into actionable product and service improvements and ensuring customer success strategies are integrated with broader organizational priorities.
  • • Contribute to shaping company-wide customer experience strategies in collaboration with senior leadership, playing a critical role in defining how BlueCat delivers and maximizes value for its customers.
  • • Empower your team to navigate the complexities of modern enterprise networks, helping customers achieve certainty and mitigate risks in their dynamic infrastructure landscapes through BlueCat's Adaptive DNS and network automation solutions.
  • • Drive initiatives that enhance customer agility and reduce risk associated with high rates of change, leveraging BlueCat's unified management lifecycle from provisioning to proactive troubleshooting and remediation.
  • • Champion BlueCat's position as a leader in Intelligent NetOps, a first-to-market combination of systems of understanding and change that improves network health and performance.
  • • Ensure customers are maximizing the benefits of BlueCat's solutions, leading to increased adoption, deeper engagement, and identification of expansion opportunities.
  • • Develop and refine customer success playbooks and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the team and customer base.
  • • Contribute to the overall growth and success of BlueCat by ensuring our customers are not only satisfied but are achieving significant business outcomes through our technology.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading and developing Customer Success Managers (CSMs) within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, retention models, and value realization principles.
  • • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes, retention, and expansion.
  • • Experience in KPI management, data-driven decision making, and translating insights into strategic action.
  • • Experience managing departmental resources, including budgeting and staffing, and building scalable operational frameworks.
