- • As a Customer Success Manager for North America at CoachHub, you will own a portfolio of upper mid-market and enterprise clients, serving as their primary strategic partner to drive retention, expansion, and measurable business value from coaching programs.
- • You will manage the full client lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption to renewal and growth—by building activation plans, defining success metrics, and delivering coaching playbooks that align client goals with CoachHub’s offerings.
- • You will act as the voice of the client internally, feeding insights to Product, identifying risks early, and collaborating across teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and proactive issue resolution.
- • You will lead Executive Business Reviews that showcase ROI, uncover expansion opportunities, and influence senior stakeholders, transforming renewal discussions into growth conversations.
- • You will educate and inspire clients to embed coaching into their L&D and leadership initiatives through workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions, helping build a coaching culture beyond platform usage.
- • You will contribute to a high-performing, coachable team by sharing best practices, supporting peers, and embracing a growth mindset in a remote-first, mission-driven environment focused on democratizing access to coaching.
- • You will work with global enterprises using CoachHub’s platform—including AIMY™, our AI coach—to unlock workforce potential through personalized, scalable, and data-backed development programs backed by $330M in funding and a network of 3,500+ coaches across 90+ countries.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in technology-enabled services or HR tech
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets in enterprise or upper mid-market segments
- • Executive presence with comfort engaging C-suite stakeholders and day-to-day program leads
- • Data-driven mindset with ability to use insights to prioritize actions, measure impact, and demonstrate ROI
- • Strong self-organization and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- • Familiarity with HR, L&D, leadership development, or coaching is a meaningful advantage
- • Fluency in English (required)
