  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Cengage Learning Holdings II, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving digital adoption and ensuring customer success for valued clients in the higher education and workforce skills markets, directly impacting the company’s growth strategy and mission to help learners discover the power and joy of learning.
  • • Day to day, you will lead onboarding and activation for new digital customers, deliver instructor mentoring to build digital teaching confidence, monitor digital usage patterns and proactively intervene when usage declines, conduct quarterly health-check calls with school leadership and instructors, maintain Salesforce hygiene with updated renewal pipeline staging and records, mentor customers on CIMA and ExamReady analytics, digital lesson planning, and curriculum alignment, navigate digital challenges swiftly, and identify opportunities for digital expansion and upsell additional digital products.
