  • • You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering deep understanding of their unique business objectives and strategic goals.
  • • Your role involves developing and executing strategic account plans that are meticulously aligned with customer needs, thereby cultivating robust, long-term partnerships that fuel mutual success and growth.
  • • A key responsibility is to proactively manage and nurture these client relationships, ensuring they consistently derive maximum value from AuditBoard's comprehensive suite of solutions.
  • • You will be instrumental in driving customer retention by implementing strategies to minimize churn and enhance loyalty, making certain our platform remains indispensable to their operations.
  • • Furthermore, you will actively identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, including upselling and cross-selling additional modules and services, to provide clients with an even more integrated and powerful solution.
  • • Staying at the forefront of product evolution is crucial; you will maintain an in-depth understanding of all AuditBoard product updates and new features.
  • • You will translate this product knowledge into actionable insights for your clients, demonstrating how they can leverage our solutions to overcome their specific challenges and achieve their desired outcomes.
  • • A proactive approach to issue resolution is paramount. You will anticipate potential customer challenges, identify them early, and collaborate seamlessly with internal technical and support teams to ensure swift, effective, and satisfactory problem resolution.
  • • You will act as the voice of the customer within AuditBoard, diligently gathering feedback and insights on their experiences and needs.
  • • This valuable feedback will be championed internally, directly influencing product development roadmaps and driving continuous improvement of our platform.
  • • You will be responsible for conducting engaging training and educational sessions, both individually and in group settings (1:many), to empower customers.
  • • These sessions will encompass live webinars, targeted email outreach campaigns, and the creation of valuable community content, all designed to enhance customer proficiency and product adoption.
  • • Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth trajectory of AuditBoard, a company recognized for its rapid expansion and market leadership, having surpassed $300M ARR.
