- • As a Customer Success Manager - Scale at Voize Inc., you will own the end-to-end rollout and success of 30–50 mid-market and SME customers, ensuring the AI companion is adopted quickly, sustainably, and with real impact in their daily care workflows.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving adoption through clear processes and proactive communication, monitoring customer health and usage patterns to spot risks, simplifying recurring CS workflows for scalability, running virtual touchpoints and office hours, and collaborating closely with Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to ensure efficient execution.
- • Voize is a fast-growing Berlin-based startup backed by $50M in Series A funding from Balderton Capital, HV Capital, and Y Combinator, dedicated to freeing nurses from administrative work through its AI companion, currently used by over 75,000 nurses across 1,100+ care facilities.
- • In this role, you will develop strong systems-thinking and judgment skills, balance standardization with personalized customer needs, gain deep experience in scaling Customer Success operations in a high-impact healthcare tech environment, and grow professionally through ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and direct impact on frontline worker well-being.
