đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Customer Success Manager for Turkey at Neara Inc., you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our groundbreaking digital twin technology and the critical resilience of the Turkish power grid. This pivotal role is designed for an individual ready to drive significant impact as we transition from initial Proof of Concept (PoC) deployments to establishing robust, long-term enterprise partnerships.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a strategic advisor, adept project manager, and dedicated relationship champion for our Turkish clientele. You will go beyond the initial sale, ensuring that Neara's advanced platform becomes an indispensable tool for operational decision-making within Turkish utility companies.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the sales team during the commercial engagement phase and then assume full ownership of the customer relationship post-signature, guaranteeing they derive maximum value and achieve their strategic objectives through our sophisticated digital twin solutions.
  • • Key responsibilities include leading the entire post-sale customer lifecycle for Turkish accounts. This encompasses everything from seamless initial onboarding to fostering long-term customer loyalty, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
  • • You will proactively partner with customers to deeply integrate Neara's capabilities into their daily operational workflows. This includes a specific focus on critical areas such as vegetation management, clearance analysis, and the prioritization of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
  • • A crucial aspect of your role will be to translate complex technical outputs generated by our AI and physics-based models into clear, actionable business outcomes that resonate with executive-level stakeholders.
  • • You will be responsible for conducting regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients, ensuring alignment on progress, value realization, and future strategy. Maintaining high-level, trusted relationships with key stakeholders within both Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs) is paramount.
  • • You will act as the vital "voice of the market" for Turkey, channeling customer feedback, market insights, and local needs back to our EU-based Sales, Deployment, and Product teams. This collaboration is essential for aligning our product roadmap and development efforts with the specific requirements of the Turkish energy sector.
  • • Proactive monitoring of customer health scores will be a core duty, enabling you to identify potential risks early and implement strategies to mitigate them. Furthermore, you will actively drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by identifying and nurturing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing customer base.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies that are revolutionizing the energy sector. You will be at the forefront of building a more resilient global energy future by helping utilities manage risks associated with extreme weather events and optimize their infrastructure investments.
  • • By simulating stress scenarios on power grids, you will empower major utilities to pinpoint vulnerabilities, enhance operational efficiency, and make informed decisions that safeguard millions of kilometers of critical infrastructure.
  • • You will join a dynamic team of passionate individuals dedicated to making a tangible, real-world difference. Our culture fosters innovation, ownership, and collaboration, providing a fertile ground for smart, creative minds to thrive and contribute to our global scaling efforts.
  • • This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is eager to shape the future of energy infrastructure resilience.
  • • You will be empowered to take ownership of customer relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute directly to Neara's growth and success in a key international market.
  • • The role demands a blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong, value-driven partnerships with our clients.
  • • Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention, expansion, and the overall health of your assigned accounts, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with Neara's solutions.
  • • You will be a key player in Neara's mission to create a more reliable and sustainable energy future for Turkey and beyond.
