- • As a Customer Success Partner at CreatorIQ, you will be the pivotal strategic advisor for a dedicated portfolio of high-value, complex agency partners. These partners range from global organizations to multi-brand entities, and your primary objective will be to guide them in unlocking significant business outcomes through the strategic implementation and optimization of influencer marketing initiatives.
- • You will be instrumental in aligning CreatorIQ’s powerful platform capabilities with the unique agency operating models, diverse client needs, and intricate internal stakeholder structures of your assigned partners. This strategic alignment is crucial for driving long-term program success, fostering deep executive engagement, and ensuring tangible value realization for both the agency and their end clients.
- • Your approach will be defined by leading with insightful, data-driven strategies rather than mere activity. You will cultivate trust-based, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within these agency organizations, from activation teams to executive leadership.
- • A core responsibility will be translating your customers' overarching business goals and specific influencer marketing objectives into actionable, platform-enabled strategies. This involves understanding their current challenges, identifying opportunities for growth, and mapping out a clear path to success using CreatorIQ.
- • Your performance and the success of your partners will be measured through key metrics such as customer health scores, gross retention rates, the depth of agency adoption of CreatorIQ across various teams and client accounts, and the overall maturity of their influencer marketing programs. You will be the architect of their value-driven, outcomes-focused journey with our platform.
- • You will serve as the primary strategic partner for these complex agency organizations, taking ownership of value realization across multiple brands, diverse client portfolios, distinct geographic regions, or various lines of business within the agency.
- • A key aspect of your role will be advising agencies on best practices for scaling their influencer programs effectively across their client base. This involves finding the right balance between implementing standardized, efficient processes and maintaining the flexibility required to meet the unique needs and objectives of each individual client.
- • You will be tasked with building and nurturing deep, multi-threaded stakeholder relationships. This includes engaging with individuals and teams across strategy, campaign activation, analytics, and executive leadership. Where applicable, you will also build relationships with holding company and regional agency partners to ensure comprehensive platform adoption and strategic alignment.
- • You will lead and facilitate strategic business reviews, conduct thorough maturity assessments of their influencer marketing programs, and drive growth planning sessions. These engagements will focus on deeply integrating CreatorIQ into the agency’s core workflows, their internal resourcing models, and their client-facing deliverables, demonstrating tangible ROI.
- • You will collaborate closely with our Strategic Insights Managers to deliver sophisticated off-platform analysis, relevant industry benchmarks, and strategic recommendations. These insights will be critical in supporting the continuous evolution and enhancement of your customers' influencer marketing strategies and programs.
- • Leveraging data will be paramount. You will use platform data and market insights to proactively identify potential opportunities for growth and mitigate emerging risks. This data-driven approach will be used to influence adoption, drive deeper engagement, and support the continuous expansion of your partners' influencer marketing programs.
- • You will foster strong cross-functional collaboration internally, working closely with teams such as Implementation, Product Education, Customer Support, Sales, and Insights. This ensures a cohesive, seamless, and value-focused customer experience from onboarding through ongoing program success.
- • You will act as a trusted thought partner to your agency clients, providing expert guidance on critical areas such as program governance, establishing robust measurement frameworks, and implementing operational best practices within the dynamic landscape of influencer marketing.
- • Maintaining meticulous account documentation is essential. This includes developing and updating success plans, detailed meeting recaps, comprehensive engagement history, and accurate health indicators. This documentation will be the foundation for consistent, proactive, and strategic account management.
- • This role is based in the Tri-State Area and is primarily remote, with the expectation of in-office presence approximately 1-2 times per month to foster collaboration and team connection.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a strategic, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Strategy Consultant, Client Services Lead, or Account Director, with a strong preference for experience working at or closely with marketing agencies, particularly those managing complex, multi-client, or global agency environments.
- • Deep understanding of agency structures, operational models, key incentives, and common challenges, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, navigate ambiguity effectively, and balance internal agency priorities with the diverse expectations of end-clients.
- • Proven ability to lead senior-level and executive conversations, adept at translating complex business objectives into clear, demonstrable platform value for both agency partners and their ultimate end-clients.
- • Comfortable and skilled at acting as a strategic extension of an agency team, influencing their roadmap discussions, shaping their measurement approaches, and contributing to their long-term program vision.
- • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing a dynamic book of business with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- • Adept at leading structured, high-impact client engagements such as executive business reviews, level-set maturity mapping sessions, and strategic planning workshops.
- • Passionate and knowledgeable about influencer marketing, creator content, and the evolving landscape of digital media and marketing.
- • Curious, collaborative, and growth-minded individual, eager to learn and evolve within a fast-paced, scaling organization.
- • Proficiency in core business tools including Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, and project management tools like Notion or Jira.
