  • • As a SpendHound Customer Success Specialist at Latamcent, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our valued customers derive maximum benefit and achieve their strategic objectives using our innovative SpendHound platform. This role is pivotal in cultivating and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with our clientele, acting as their primary advocate and trusted advisor.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to guide customers through their entire journey with SpendHound, from initial onboarding to ongoing platform engagement and feature adoption. You will become the go-to expert for your assigned accounts, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and drive deeper utilization of the platform's capabilities.
  • • A significant aspect of your role involves meticulous attention to detail in ensuring customers accurately populate and maintain their App Catalog. This includes guiding them to assign appropriate app owners, strategically tag vendors for better organization, and critically, ensuring the timely and accurate input of renewal dates. These actions are fundamental to the platform's promise of preventing missed renewals and enabling effective vendor relationship management.
  • • You will be instrumental in fostering proactive problem-solving, anticipating potential challenges customers might face with the platform. This requires a keen understanding of user workflows and a commitment to providing timely, actionable guidance. By addressing issues before they escalate, you will transform satisfied users into enthusiastic promoters of SpendHound.
  • • Driving tangible customer outcomes is paramount. You will actively engage with key stakeholders within customer organizations, empowering them to leverage SpendHound to its fullest potential. This involves confidently discussing strategic benefits, offering best-practice recommendations, and demonstrating how the platform directly contributes to their cost savings and operational efficiency.
  • • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with diverse internal teams, including product development to relay customer feedback, data engineering to ensure seamless data integration, and our expert renewal team to provide comprehensive support. Your ability to foster effective cross-functional communication will directly impact the quality of the customer experience.
