📋 Description
- • As a Customer Success Specialist at Lexroom, you will act as an Account Manager and product specialist, guiding customers from onboarding through renewal and upsell, ensuring satisfaction and driving retention.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full customer lifecycle, conducting regular check-ins and interviews, preparing KPI dashboards, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and issue resolution.
- • Lexroom is a fast-growing legal AI startup based in Milan, trusted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe, backed by top-tier investors, and dedicated to making the law faster, clearer, and more reliable through rigorous, purpose-driven innovation.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in a cutting-edge legal AI product, build strong customer relationships, gain experience in account management and upselling, and contribute directly to shaping customer success processes in a high-impact, scaling startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0-1 year of experience in sales, operations, or customer-facing roles
- • Familiarity with sales support tools such as HubSpot or Notion
- • Fluency in both Italian and English
- • Optional but advantageous: a law degree
