  • • As a Customer Success Specialist for a leading Consumer Biotech / Digital Health company, you will be at the forefront of ensuring patients have an exceptional and seamless experience throughout their healthcare journey. This fully remote, full-time role demands a proactive and empathetic approach, focusing on building trust and guiding patients with clarity and precision. You will be a critical liaison, bridging the gap between patients and internal clinical and operations teams, ensuring all needs are met and concerns are addressed with utmost care and efficiency.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own the patient experience from their initial interaction to the final resolution of their needs. This involves responding to inquiries via chat, email, and internal systems with a high degree of empathy and clarity. You will meticulously document all patient interactions, maintaining accurate records that contribute to a comprehensive understanding of each patient's journey and needs.
  • • A significant part of your role (40%) will be dedicated to direct patient support and experience ownership. This includes proactively communicating next steps, managing expectations, and building strong relationships based on trust and reliability. You will be the consistent point of contact, ensuring patients feel heard, understood, and supported at every stage.
  • • You will also play a crucial role in guidance and cross-functional collaboration (25%). This involves working closely with clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams to facilitate patient progress through necessary steps. Your ability to coordinate effectively and follow up on open issues will be key to ensuring patients feel continuously supported and informed. While you will escalate concerns when necessary, you will remain accountable for their ultimate resolution, demonstrating a commitment to seeing issues through to completion.
  • • Patient and order follow-ups (20%) are integral to this position. You will meticulously track patient progress across orders, prescriptions, and services, proactively communicating any delays, updates, or required actions. Your diligence in ensuring patients have all the necessary information will empower them to move forward with confidence, minimizing potential roadblocks and enhancing their overall experience.
  • • While the role is primarily digital, you will handle limited phone interactions (10%) to resolve complex concerns or provide crucial clarifications. Every interaction, whether written or verbal, must be documented clearly, capturing all actions taken and their outcomes. This detailed record-keeping is vital for continuity of care and operational improvement.
  • • Finally, you will contribute to quality, compliance, and experience improvement (5%). Handling sensitive patient information requires strict adherence to healthcare standards and compliance regulations. You will be instrumental in identifying recurring patient challenges, providing actionable feedback to leadership to drive process enhancements and improve communication strategies. Your insights will directly contribute to the company's mission of delivering a consistent, high-quality patient experience that fosters long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • • This role requires a flexible schedule, potentially including weekend shifts and short-notice adjustments, to ensure coverage for UK (BST) and US (EST) time zones based on operational needs.
