This role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a supportive team, serving as a 1.5-year parental leave replacement, contributing to the company's growth and vision.
- • As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the "Glow" feeling through exceptional service. Your daily responsibilities will include expertly handling customer inquiries via email and phone, addressing a wide range of topics including orders, products, and subscriptions, always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor as the voice of Glow25. You will be instrumental in assisting customers with modifications to their orders, resolving complaints, answering queries, and processing cancellations, consistently seeking and implementing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. A key aspect of your role will involve ensuring that all customer communications are swift, friendly, and solution-oriented, embodying the company's commitment to excellent service. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with various internal departments such as Logistics, CRM, and Tech teams to facilitate the efficient and sustainable resolution of customer concerns, acting as a crucial link between customer needs and internal operations. Meticulous documentation and maintenance of customer inquiries within our Zendesk ticketing system will be essential for tracking, analysis, and continuous improvement of our support processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent communication in German and English, both written and spoken.
- • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Customer Service, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
- • Proficiency with Zendesk, Shopify, and Slack, and the ability to use these tools effectively in daily work.
- • Good understanding of e-commerce processes and the key aspects of digital retail.
- • Experience with ticketing systems and structured documentation of customer inquiries.
