đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Customer Value Architect at Neara Inc., you will be at the forefront of transforming how critical infrastructure, specifically electricity grids, are managed and secured. You will leverage Neara's cutting-edge AI and machine learning technology, which creates physics-enabled digital twins of these complex networks, to empower asset owners to understand and address their most significant challenges. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our highest-value customers not only adopt the Neara platform but also derive maximum, quantifiable value from it, driving significant improvements in operational performance and resilience.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them through the strategic implementation and ongoing optimization of the Neara platform. This involves a deep dive into their existing business priorities, operational workflows, and current capabilities to identify specific areas where Neara can deliver transformative impact. You will be instrumental in translating complex technical solutions into clear, actionable business outcomes that resonate with senior leadership.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be conducting thorough strategic discovery and operational assessments. This will involve detailed analysis of client workflows and processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. You will then design practical, tailored recommendations for integrating Neara's solutions into their day-to-day operations, considering not just the software but also any necessary organizational or process changes.
  • • You will be responsible for developing robust business cases and ROI frameworks. This entails defining clear, measurable value drivers and success metrics, and establishing regular reporting cadences to rigorously validate the outcomes achieved. Your ability to translate technical capabilities into quantifiable financial and operational benefits will be crucial for securing executive buy-in and demonstrating the ongoing value of the Neara partnership.
  • • Advising senior stakeholders on implementation strategy and change management will be a core duty. This includes developing comprehensive adoption plans, designing effective stakeholder engagement approaches, establishing appropriate governance structures, and ensuring cross-functional alignment within the client organization. The goal is to ensure that Neara's solutions are not just implemented, but sustainably embedded into the fabric of the client's operations.
  • • You will lead implementation enablement activities, which may include facilitating workshops, delivering targeted training programs, and creating bespoke supporting materials. These activities will be carefully aligned with client workflows, operational requirements, and their specific needs for capability uplift, ensuring a smooth and effective user adoption.
  • • Continuous monitoring and evaluation of delivery against agreed-upon outcomes are essential. You will conduct regular performance reviews with clients to assess the impact of the Neara platform, identify any barriers to success, and proactively refine implementation plans. This ensures that both contractual obligations and operational objectives are consistently met and exceeded.
  • • Preparing and presenting consultative findings and recommendations will be a regular part of your role. This includes delivering executive-level reports, outcome reviews, and stakeholder briefings that clearly articulate the value delivered, highlight optimization opportunities, and provide strategic guidance on next-phase priorities.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with Neara's internal delivery and account teams to shape client strategy. Your contributions will be invaluable, providing critical customer insights, detailing operational requirements, and sharing adoption learnings that inform future implementation approaches and the ongoing development of Neara's solutions.
  • • This role demands a strong technical curiosity and a genuine enjoyment of customer engagement. You must possess the ability to translate complex technical concepts into tangible business value and quantifiable ROI, making you a critical link between Neara's innovative technology and our clients' strategic objectives. Your success will directly contribute to building a more resilient global energy future by enabling utilities to better understand and manage their critical infrastructure.
