You will leverage Neara's cutting-edge AI and machine learning technology, which creates physics-enabled digital twins of these complex networks, to empower asset owners to understand and address their most significant challenges. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our highest-value customers not only adopt the Neara platform but also derive maximum, quantifiable value from it, driving significant improvements in operational performance and resilience.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them through the strategic implementation and ongoing optimization of the Neara platform. This involves a deep dive into their existing business priorities, operational workflows, and current capabilities to identify specific areas where Neara can deliver transformative impact. You will be instrumental in translating complex technical solutions into clear, actionable business outcomes that resonate with senior leadership.
• • A key aspect of your role will be conducting thorough strategic discovery and operational assessments. This will involve detailed analysis of client workflows and processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. You will then design practical, tailored recommendations for integrating Neara's solutions into their day-to-day operations, considering not just the software but also any necessary organizational or process changes.
• • You will be responsible for developing robust business cases and ROI frameworks.
