📋 Description

  • The Customer Value Architect will work directly with Neara's highest-value customers to drive adoption, define and validate value, and expand platform usage across enterprise accounts, playing a pivotal role in translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing deep proficiency with the Neara platform, engaging customers on-site to ensure successful adoption and contractual delivery, serving as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, collaborating on ROI frameworks and business cases, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering with Sales and Deployment teams to align on customer growth strategies.
  • Neara is a fast-growing technology company building physics-enabled digital twins of electricity grids using advanced machine learning to help utilities stress-test infrastructure against extreme weather, optimize investments, and build resilient energy systems across four continents.
  • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise customer engagement, technical solution translation, and value-based selling within the energy infrastructure sector, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI applications and contributing directly to the scalability and impact of a mission-driven, high-growth organization.
