  • • As a Cyber Security Director for the Public Sector at RSM US LLP, you will be instrumental in shaping and expanding our cybersecurity practice within the Florida market, specifically focusing on government clients. This pivotal role involves leading strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and driving the growth of our Cyber Risk and Data Protection (CYBER) group, a dedicated team of over 250 cybersecurity professionals.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Public Sector CYBER leader to enhance our practice by strategically growing the team's size and expertise, ensuring we meet the complex and evolving security needs of public sector entities.
  • • A core responsibility will be to provide robust oversight and mentorship to managers and staff, guiding them through the delivery of high-quality security services. This includes fostering an environment where team members can learn, develop their skills, and grow professionally, ensuring both project success and individual career advancement.
  • • Your proven business development acumen will be crucial for acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing ones. You will be expected to identify emerging business opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies to effectively position RSM's cybersecurity solutions.
  • • You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating the strategic and tactical risks associated with advanced security threats. This involves clearly explaining the methods used by malicious actors to exploit vulnerabilities and proposing effective solutions to prevent such incidents.
  • • A key aspect of this role is the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations for client senior management and executive leadership, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their security posture and associated risks.
