Cybersecurity Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Cybersecurity Automation Engineer at Allstate, you will design and build software that enables and scales cybersecurity operations across the organization, turning manual security processes into reliable, automated services that improve incident response and strengthen cloud-first security.
• • Day to day, you will write and maintain production code, build secure services and APIs, integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with incident response, threat intelligence, IAM, and platform teams to deliver automation used daily in security operations.
• • You will join the Automation Enablement team within Cyber Operations, a mission-driven group focused on transforming security requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient automated solutions that support Allstate’s enterprise-wide security posture.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in secure software design, cloud security, and security automation while contributing to systems that protect customer data and enterprise infrastructure at scale.
