- • Detect, investigate, and respond to security threats across endpoint and server environments
- • Improve endpoint visibility and security posture using modern tools and automation
- • Lead and support incident response activities, including investigation and remediation
- • Automate repeatable tasks for alerting, reporting, and risk reduction using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
- • Partner with IT teams to enhance patching, vulnerability management, and system hardening
- • Identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across a hybrid IT environment
- • Monitor systems and networks for suspicious activity or unauthorized access
- • Contribute to security standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- • Work in a fast-paced environment requiring quick learning and problem-solving skills
- • Handle stressful situations while meeting deadlines and assisting with issues during and after normal business hours
- • Operate within a healthcare setting with a focus on protecting patient data and systems
- • Maintain compliance with industry regulations through proactive security measures
- • Utilize endpoint security platforms such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Tanium, SCCM/MECM, BigFix, or SentinelOne
- • Engage in threat detection, security operations, and enterprise system troubleshooting
- • Support a hybrid environment combining on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure
- • Participate in ongoing security initiatives to strengthen organizational resilience
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to align security practices with IT operations and business objectives
