📋 Description

• As a Cybersecurity Expert at BespokeLabs Inc., you will own the intersection of AI and cyber threat intelligence, defining and driving the security posture across AI systems, production infrastructure, and adversarial risk in a high-autonomy, high-impact role where you write the playbook rather than execute one.
• Day to day, you will monitor and analyze evolving cyber threats intersecting with AI systems and training pipelines, track attacker TTPs and threat-group behavior across a 6–24 month horizon, conduct adversarial analysis and scenario planning, probe AI models for security boundaries via structured prompt testing and red-teaming, run independent security audits and penetration tests, identify and prioritize vulnerabilities with remediation recommendations, and produce executive-ready risk assessments and intelligence reports that drive decision-making.
• You will join a team at Bespoke Labs AI that builds large-scale AI environments and production systems shaping how next-generation models are trained, having powered foundational datasets like OpenThoughts and models such as Bespoke-MiniCheck and Bespoke-MiniChart, working alongside engineers and researchers building AI-native systems.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI security, adversarial machine learning, and cyber threat intelligence at the forefront of an emerging field, gaining ownership over end-to-end security initiatives, refining advanced technical and communication skills, and directly influencing the security posture of critical AI infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cyber intelligence, threat analysis, or trust and safety
• Strong working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT methodologies, and intrusion tradecraft
• Hands-on penetration testing and network security experience
• Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python and Bash
• Self-directed and comfortable owning work end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
• Strong written communication — ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable reports
