• • As a Customer Engineer at Tenex.AI, you will serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert, bridging pre-sales, customer success, and security operations to drive AI-native MDR adoption and customer outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will partner with sales to deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, conduct security assessments aligned with compliance frameworks like GDPR and SOC 2, support client onboarding, contribute to incident response planning, and represent the company at industry events through thought leadership content.
